The Senior Manager will join the broader Commerce Innovation team and help American Express OPEN.com on its exciting digital experience transformation.
– Design the OPEN Online journey/experience
– Manage the transformation strategy of the American Express OPEN Online experience (open.com)
– Deliver an award winning best in class digital experience that unlocks the power of Membership
– Work across internal and external partners i.e, tech and business partners, agencies etc. to ensure an optimal experience
– Manage key performance indicators including engagement, revenue generation, cost reduction and Online Satisfaction

– Experience in Online Design
– Deep knowledge & proven track record of digital experiences
– Familiar with Agile development methodology & a lean start-up approach
– Ability to manage agency & tech partners effectively
– Experience designing for emerging platforms, mobile web & social integration
– Design background in web and mobile web
– Strong digital user experience
– Experience using design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Visio (user flows) etc.
– Ability to work in Agile Dev environment
