Using Wireframing Software to Draft Error Pages http://t.co/y4GmJMkP #ux #design #ui #usability
It’s the page that no user wants to see. The page that tells them the server is no longer working. We all hate to see this page on other websites, and especially don’t want our customers to have to see an error page on our own site. However server problems happen to all companies, and no matter how well you plan for the circumstance, some users will always be affected. Many designers use wireframing software to sketch out a rough plan of error pages, and to experiment with different ideas. An error page can be a place where you showcase your brand and are innovative about the message you give to your users.
